We found our room fresh smelling, very clean and comfortable. Our room had a microwave and decent size refrigerator. There also was a comfortable chair with a footstool. And a comfortable king bed! Highly recommend!
If you're just coming to use the room to sleep, it's fine. It's not a place to hang out. Room had a funny smell, which I finally decided it was the smell of wet dog. There was no Kleenex in the room. Not very well insulated between rooms. It sounded like a space shuttle taking off when the neighbor showered. Anyone walking down the hallway, it sounded like they were stomping. The housekeeper was nice and helpful as well as the lady at the front desk and the guy who plunged the toilet and fixed our TV remote.
The rooms here are large and look newly renovated. Pricing is competitive. They say they are a pet friendly hotel but they charge a $25 non refundable pet fee, per day. That is not at all pet friendly".
Went to a wedding in Murphys and didn't realize check-in was before 10 and we missed the calls since we weren't near our phones during the wedding. The front desk person sent an email and a voicemail letting us know that they checked in for us and put the key under the specified rooms doormat. Super nice! The rooms were nice too.
